These three new detached houses are of solid masonry construction, with timber trussed floors and roof.  An overhang to the front corner of the upper level of the house allowed for an undercover car park at the ground floor.  This was achieved using a grid of steel beams to ensure the upper levels were sufficiently supported.  The site was sloped, and had a significant amount of made-ground.  This resulted in a few challenges relating to the need for specialist foundations and retaining walls.
